What if I told you that everything in your life—every joy, every heartbreak, every missed opportunity, and every triumph—has been orchestrated by you? That you are not just a participant in life but its creator, sculptor, and architect?

This realization is both liberating and terrifying. It means that the love you receive, the challenges you face, and the lessons you struggle through are not random—they are part of your path toward higher consciousness.

Most of us start life believing we are at the mercy of circumstances, tossed around like leaves in the wind. But as we awaken, we begin to understand that life is not happening to us; it is happening for us, through us, and ultimately, as us.

The Six Phases of Higher Consciousness

  1. Life Happens TO You – The Victim Mindset

  2. Life Happens BY You – The Creator Mindset

  3. Life Happens IN You – The Observer Mindset

  4. Life Happens FOR You – The Trust Mindset

  5. Life Happens THROUGH You – The Flow Mindset

  6. LIFE IS YOU – The Oneness Mindset

Let's explore each phase. Where do you find yourself?

Phase 1: Life Happens TO You (Victim Consciousness)

For a large part of your life, you may have felt like life is happening to you. Things just “happen,” and you react.

  • "Why does this always happen to me?"

  • "Life is unfair."

  • "I can’t catch a break."

In this phase, you feel powerless. Life is a storm, and you’re just trying to survive the waves. You become hypervigilant, always looking for threats. Every failed relationship, every lost opportunity, every unexpected obstacle feels like an attack.

The truth? You are not a victim of life—you are its co-creator. Until you accept this, you stay stuck in a cycle of blame and suffering.

Phase 2: Life Happens BY You (The Creator Awakens)

At some point, the discomfort of victimhood becomes unbearable. You decide to take control. You set goals, visualize success, and push forward with intention.

  • You create vision boards.

  • You take personal development courses.

  • You start manifesting, believing that if you work hard enough, you can shape reality.

This is an empowering phase—but also exhausting. You may feel like you must force life into place. It works, but only to a certain extent. Eventually, you realize that forcing things is not the same as flowing with life.

Phase 3: Life Happens IN You (The Observer's Awakening)

Now, the real shift begins. Instead of controlling life, you turn inward and observe. You start to notice that your experiences are not reality itself, but a reflection of your own beliefs.

  • Instead of thinking, "That person hurt me," you ask, "What part of me attracted this lesson?"

  • Instead of saying, "I always fail," you question, "What story am I telling myself about failure?"

Your suffering is not caused by events, but by the narratives you attach to them. When you change your stories, you change your life.

Phase 4: Life Happens FOR You (The Trust Mindset)

Now, you begin to see the hidden intelligence of life. Even your greatest struggles were gifts in disguise.

That breakup? It made space for a healthier love. That job loss? It pushed you toward your true calling. That painful betrayal? It taught you self-worth.

At this stage, you stop resisting and start accepting. You see that life isn’t punishing you—it’s guiding you. You learn the hard lessons so you don’t have to repeat them.

Phase 5: Life Happens THROUGH You (The Flow State)

Here, you surrender. Not in defeat, but in trust.

You recognize that you are not separate from life—you are a conduit for it. The river doesn’t fight to flow; it simply moves with the terrain.

At this level, you:

  • No longer fight for control—you let life move through you.

  • See synchronicities everywhere.

  • Feel a deep sense of gratitude for everything, even challenges.

You are no longer trying to bend life to your will. You allow it to unfold through you.

Phase 6: LIFE IS YOU (The Ultimate Realization)

At the highest level of consciousness, you dissolve the illusion of separation.

You don’t just experience life—you are life. You are not a wave separate from the ocean—you are the ocean.

The idea of struggle disappears. You realize that you have always been whole, always been enough.

Eckhart Tolle said it beautifully:"You are not in the universe; you are the universe, an intrinsic part of it. Ultimately, you are not a person, but a focal point where the universe is becoming conscious of itself."

Where Are You on This Journey?

These phases are not linear. You may fluctuate between them, shifting with different areas of your life. But each step you take brings you closer to living fully, freely, and in harmony with the flow of existence.
